This means that not only can our drivers never get lost or miss a turn, but they also have at their fingertips information that is constantly updated regarding traffic jams, road conditions, and roadworks. Our drivers can navigate the thousands of roads across, in and out of London with ease. What this means for you is that we always get there.
We aim to arrive promptly at the prearranged time, but in the unlikely event of our being delayed slightly, we will contact you by phone en route (all our vehicles are equipped with hands-free phones as well as the computer navigation system) and explain the problem. You can also contact us any time should you so desire.
When we have finished loading, a member of the Removal Team will check with you that every single item of your belongings is packed into the removal vehicle. Upon arrival at your new residence, the Removal Team will then unload all boxes, containers, furniture, white goods, etc. If you have engaged us to pack your belongings for you, then we will have marked the boxes according to our Inventory and Layout System, and we shall therefore simply place them where they should go. If you have organised the packing yourself, then we will transport them according to your direction or directions marked on the boxes.
